Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
£40 an hour. This includes travel time to and from a customer with a minimum charge of one hour for home/office visits or technical support.
After the first hour I charge £20 per half hour.
Evenings: After 6 pm
£50 per hour. This includes travel time to and from a customer with a minimum charge of one hour for home/office visits or technical support.
After the first hour I charge £25 per half hour.
Saturday: 12 pm - 2 pm
£50 an hour. This includes travel time to and from a customer with a minimum charge of one hour for home/office visits or technical support.
Sunday: Closed
Diagnostics
If a computer or device needs to be disassembled in order to assess what repairs are necessary, there may be a £30 charge.
After initial inspection I will proceed with any relevant repairs up to the additional cost of £30.
Above £60, I inform the client of the work to be undertaken and estimate the final cost.

Standard laptop screen replacement from £110*

Ram upgrades from £50*
*Hardware repairs requiring component replacement have a 2 - 5 day turnaround to allow for delivery of parts.
Software
Computer optimisation and optional ^free antivirus software from £50
Virus & malicious software removal from £60
Installation of new computer operating system from £40
Backup and restore of user data from £60
Restoration of software & user settings from £60
Basic data recovery from £60
^Free antivirus software providers: Avast, AVG, Avira, Bitdefender or Kaspersky
